How can I find details about car rental policies?

Almost everything you need to know about your car rental can be found from links visible on the review page within the reservation booking path. Even if you are not booking a new rental, you can still get answers to the most commonly asked questions. For detailed answers, populate your pickup location and approximate travel dates in the reservation search fields. Select any vehicle and proceed through the steps until you reach the Review and Reserve page. In the side margin will be a link to Key Rental Facts. By clicking this link, you can see policies specific to the pickup location searched. After reviewing the policy detail, you can proceed with a reservation or can simply quit the reservation path.
